Why would you hand-draw then hand-paint into the corner of the wall (starting at 02:11) ... rather than continue using the stencil almost to the top (starting at 03:33) ? There has to be a reason, but I'm clearly not getting it :)

the stencil would not fit in the corner of the wall! :(
Now that was clever and creative cutting a small stencil for corners and hand painting the corners.
They sell some that comes with extra pieces for corners and edges.
