It varies according to the neighborhood. Each neighborhood may have more or less to offer. The CDD also varies. HOA fees are where you would send a check out on your own. CDD fees are broken down into 12 months and paid with your mortgage. I do recommend knowing these fees and taking them into consideration when buying a home. Cool concept but false reality. Nocatee is very clicky and divisive. Either your with the Georgia crew that day drinks at the pool and let their kids run wild or you are team Jersey trash where they run stop signs and complain how they miss Mozelli’s pizza… no diversity and minorities are ignored. We moved out in less than a year. Don’t believe the hype
