    Hi Luis! The map you're using in the video seems to be very thorough! Could you please share where you found it?

    Luis, do you think the new community Settler's Landing is relatively too far from the main amenities such as town center, spray and other water park? Do you think it makes this community less desirable?

      Great question! From Settlers Landing to the Town Center is 4 miles which translates to 8-9 minute drive or much longer by golf cart / bicycle. To some people, that distance is fine but others like myself that don’t own a golf cart, like being able to bike/walk over to the Town Center.

      @@LuisMarquez80 Can you recommend other neighborhoods in Nocatee closer to town center and ammenities for families with young children- 6-10 year old?

      If your wanting new construction, West End is really close, everything else would be resales. You can look into any of the neighborhoods behind the Town Center (Lakeside, Sienna, Addison Park, Enclave, Daniel Park), Twenty Mile, Kelly Pointe, & Willow Cove. Check out explorenocatee.com for the interactive map of the community.

    Hey Luis? How would the other 55+ communities compare to Del Webb? What are they called? Thanks!

    • @LuisMarquez80
      @LuisMarquez80  3 роки тому

      There are three 55+ neighborhoods here in Nocatee. Artisan Lakes, Del Webb Ponte Vedra and Del Webb Nocatee. Yes, there are two different Del Webbs in the Nocatee Community. DW PV is the older one with about 2000 homes inside and no more new construction available and DW Nocatee is the newest with about 850 homes inside with lots of new construction available.

      Hi Luis.p, You mentioned electric golf carts were allowed on the paths. Can gas powered gold carts also use the paths (like the Yamaha 2 seater quiet tech)?

    Is this place fit for a 22 years old single female (no kids or pets) looking to relocate to Florida?
    Do they have apartments?

    Any new communities being built in 2021 or 2022 planned? We liked coastal oaks but told it's all sold out.

      Coastal Oaks is a beautiful neighborhood. Right now just Settlers Landing that’s selling in phases, West End that’s almost sold out and River Landing coming later this year.

    Hi, I’m newly obsessed with Nocatee. Hoping to relocate from NJ.. great videos!! question.. if you live in one community, can you use the pools and recreation parks and dog parks from other communities or only the main big pools are for everyone to share?

    • @LuisMarquez80
      @LuisMarquez80  3 роки тому +3

      Great question! All Nocatee residence can access the Spray Park, Splash Park, Twenty Mile Park, Cypress Trail Park and Crosswater Park. This includes all dog parks, pavilions and restrooms. There are just a few gated neighborhoods that have their own pools and only those living inside can use the amenities because they pay a lot more HOA fees for the upkeep. These neighborhoods are Coastal Oaks of Nocatee, Tidewater, The Reserve and Olea Apartments, Del Webb (55+) and Artisan Lakes (55+). If you choose to relocate, feel free to let me know and I can help you find your next home and possibly save you some money in closing costs 😁
