The original bosses were mostly lazy content updates when Relogic was on hiatus and the mobile/console devs had to compensate. The mod goes way above and beyond and makes the bosses so unique and polished.
Lepus straight up was so painful. I remember it would very quickly turn into a fight against 10 of them, my iPod could not handle it
I have so many memories of fighting lepus on my Samsung tablet

I remember that og ocram was a insanely hard fight since if i remember correctly in the second phase he would spam scythes in a cone

It was easier than the mech bosses for me lol I usually fought ocram for titan armor before the mech bosses

Turkor is almost too goofy to be an official boss, but at the same time I think he's one of the most unique bosses they ever made
I think Turkor could of been reused as a early game ocean hydra boss in 1.3 or something it’s a cool concept

Buying that pet to summon Turkor was such a pain cause it cost a platinum coin
You could have summoned the pet, dropped the item into a chest, and then summon turkor, but that wasn't the most obvious thing then
used to have the infinite chest duplication glitch to afford buying it XD
Discount card made it 80 gold and at the point you have it you probably got a pirate farm set up for easy money
I remember fighting Lepus but not being strong enough to kill him fast enough so there were about 100 of them

Fun fact, the orca that you see for a split second is actually a retexture that I made that they added to the mod.
I was quite proud of the of the animation. And it’s kind of a good feeling considering the orca on mobile edition was one of the reasons my friend first convinced me to try terraria all those years ago.

i remember grinding for the horned god set in console, each piece had a rare chance to drop from the mech bosses so you already know i was killing these mech bosses like crazy trying to get this thing

Recently came back to terraria, apparently the last time I played was when those guys were still on here. Tried crafting the dragon armor yesterday and needed souls of blight. And that’s when I found out they were removed

I remember Ocram and I suffered trying to beat him for hours.
I love how he says I'll pull out a weaker weapon cuz I think the zenith might insta shot and then proceeds to pull out the terrarian which is one of the most powerful weapons and the final to tier yo-yo to also almost instant kill it flawless logic
Should've talked about how the leprachaun pet was the most op pet, it just gave infinite money!
Omg the nostalgia in this video, I remember playing with everyone one of these (of course not the mod added ones). Such good days when I would hide under the desk with my brother to farm Lepus and get tons of bunny hats and boots, for no reason other than why not.
The things I wish were still in the game the most are:

Orcas
And Ocram
Personally these are what I had the most fun with on Console

They should re add these bosses to the game but but they can only naturally spawn on there respective holiday. Since okram isn't really a holiday he would have most likely be Halloween. And what I mean is the exact day of Easter Thanksgiving or Halloween, irl. And they would have a 1 and 5 chance of spawning and their messages of spawning would be
Ocram: *you start to get a wave of deja vu...* Or to better portray to Halloween, *you feel a dark presence nearby...*
Lepus: *you feel giant quakes coming closer...*
Turkor: *you feel impending ungratefulness...*
this update is sick asf, I'll def be adding this to my next playthrough 👍. They should also make a consolarria legacy that preserves the original AI and music
I believe the original music is there but not the original Ai. I imagine the programming would be very difficult to replicate

I wish they added them back to the game, but fix the bosses just a tiny bit so people can enjoy them because they really do look hella cool especially the lunar dragon enemy

I remember Horn 'o Plenty being 120 healing. Tizona with bleeding damage, Tonbogiri like a normal spear, and Vulcan Repeater with "Hellfire" Vulcan bolts. Sharanga with Cursed Inferno inflicting Spectral Arrows that doesn't go through enemies and tiles. And lastly, armors that only contains better stats

I love how my man just killed a dragon snatcher got one of the most rarest items in console in Old console Terraria that being the cabbage which spawns the guinea pig and didn't say a word he even trashed it

I have fond memories of trapping a Lepus in a cave with my family and farming the clones for coins. It was the best farming method ever

I remember years ago playing this on my Xbox 360 and seeing a disaster bunny in a cave and being like, "well fuck" lepus used to be hard AF to most ppl. He was also the rage too, everyone was trying to find him and get his mask. Very nostalgic. ALmost teared up :)

I remember the first time I made a holy hand grenade. I accidently threw it right next to my base. My base was unharmed but the furthest I got to repairs of that hole were just placing a 3 block thick dirt bridge over it.
The nostalgia of getting killed again and again by all these bosses is through the roof
Man, I remember after getting enough stuff to make all the mech boss spawns eight after mobile became 1.3 I was soo shocked to not see the mechanical brain and it took me over a day to fully register the fact that ocram wasn’t in the game anymore as if it was a full tragedy or something lol

One of my favourite memories was back in the day when these bosses were on the mobile version of Terraria. My brother and I had a world which we played from time to time, we weren't good, and haven't progressed far into the game, but I vividly remember finding the "Suspicious egg" and spawning in Lepus, he took over our entire world by spreading and my brother made a plan on how to kill the bunnies that were rapidly spreading.
Such a great memory of the good old days. =)
I believe the sharanga was a direct upgrade from the bee bow using some hellstone. I loved that weapon.
It was crafted with molten bows and hell stone it was my favorite pre hardmode weapon

We at least got a similar bow in the shadow flame bow although I was saddened that it didn't drop its own arrows.
OMG so I wasnt crazy! That's actually so cool! I remember playing terraria as a kid with an old kindle and found a lot of summons for the bunny boss and accidentally summoning it and having a terrible time, and later on trying to find really dumb strategies to defeat it lol
I remember fighting ocram and it was like that my brother and me had a house in the arena. It was made out of dynasty wood and it was my house.

That’s probably because it takes hours to fight it due to it summoning itself again and again
The Sharanga in the old console version was nearly twice the damage at 40 and the spectral arrows didn't pass through things but inflicted the spectral flame debuff, also the arrows did 21 damage and had a chance to drop when using regular arrows. Tizona and tombogiri both inflicted the ichor debuff making them combo nicely with higher damage weapons. The old vulcan repeater was wild and did around 80 damge with vulcan bolts being a decent amount of damge 15 i think and exploded on contact. While these things are definitely different its nice to see them implemented in any form. Sadly the bosses seem pretty unchanged aside from hp boosts for Turkor and Ocram in master mode. I remember shreadding them with the terra blade. The armors seem to have the most change as the blow back and the dragon breath were absent the regular game. The dragon armor gave a effect similar to the hallowed armor temp invulnerability. The other two really didn't have any special effects beyond increasing chance not to consume arrows and adding a ton of extra mana to your mana pool 150 I think.
Me and my friends used to farm ocram on mobile during sleepovers, good times.
I remember using the werewolf pet on mobile because it constantly did 1 contact damage to enemies
