Every IndyCar Win in 1979

1979 was the very first year of CART, as the teams broke away from USAC to form their own league. This break proved to be successful, as the series would last for 29 seasons. Just as much as things change, some things remain the same throughout time, as Rick Mears and Penske would dominate en route to the title.
