Are you serious? What about those born with many physical disabilities that mean a wheelchair is their mobility? What about those injured and end up with a spinal cord injury? What about those who have had a severe stroke? What about those who develop an illness like MS, tumours of spinal cord, infections in spinal cord, amputated legs from accident, illnesses such as diabetes etc? Many millions of people in the USA that use wheelchairs! Grow a brain, what an idiot! And yes I was born with my disability called arthrogryposis multiplex Congenita where I was born without certain muscles leaving joint contracture and very weak spine, abdominal muscles, leg muscles and shoulder muscles. I use a wheelchair and drive my own van, worked 30 years, in the Recreation field, went to University, got a degree to get a job, own my own condo and now retired…so get a life and a brain, but hey, your idea, call an Uber, and crawl to the curb when it arrives? Most cities don’t have accessible ubers you moron!

No more expensive than a good quality Permobil or Quantum. It's a good thing to have competition in this space!
