Makes me feel nostalgic. I grew up in the same neighbourhood of Taj Hotel in Mumbai. I remember walking by the the iconic Gateway of India in Monsoon season. There was a unique thrill in getting drenched as you walk along the rough sea and the roaring waves. In Canada now, I can only think of those beautiful days. 😢

I have not seen big tides like show in movies in real life. These fiery natural wonders are so so scary. When they are calm and composed so beautiful to look at. But when they throw tantrums it is just destructive power for the world around..water power being scariest of all..most people don't know how to swim including me..I have breathing problems so I couldn't control my breath when I went for swimming classes. Rather learnt only one thing in a week's class -how to protect myself for a short time in water while I screamed for help. Air is fiery ..land with earthquakes and volcanoes is fiery. What else is remaining? I think Mumbai is a tough city, it has survived many problems n ppl that can ride locals of Mumbai must be tough kind of ppl I am guessing. I think local trains of Mumbai should be considered for man made natural wonders. How many people travel at a time say in 5 minutes or one side journey in those trains? Thinking about sheer size of that number may make some peoples brain blast or explode. They may made double decker trains in future or why not triple decker? Or a train whose one floor is underground one or more is above ground? Sort of sandwiched train?
Even Air Taxis could be used in Mumbai for a huge number of ppl. Local chartered flights. In the North America's, people own their own planes and they use that to go for work while doing sort of carpooling on their personal planes (they have a name for that I don't know what that is called). India has many rich ppl, inorder to avoid ground traffic government may want to make it mandatory for certain wealthy ppl with so and so income to use air carpooling for their work travels. Rich may then decide who they want to give lift to or share bills with of petrol or whatever goes into air things.
When all is said and done, Mother Nature commands the attention of even our most august shrines and dignitaries. We humbly step aside and await her permission to proceed with our subordinated agenda !
Structures made by the British, Mugals, and Other Indian Kings are still intact, but modern structures in India built with steel, concrete can't withstand 1 rain. Recently 12 new bridges collapsed in Bihar, new highways are developing cracks, and roads sink suddenly
