My depression history and faith journey.

Hey guys, here's a very brief summary of what i've experienced throughout my years of struggling with and managing my depression. I also share how my faith began and how God has been the greatest hope and strength in my life. I could share so much on both these topics but hopefully this gives a good gauge of my own personal journey for you.

Strong Mind Soft Heart , Thankyou Jo... after watching yr videos and hearing yr own personal story and vulnerability, it actually encouraged me to take the same step.
I have found (and maybe u can relate, especially being amongst the church) that it’s one thing to share within the safety of yr ppl, it’s another thing entirely to put it out in a public forum and then expose yrself to judgements, misunderstanding and opinions... I love your heart and watching yr beautiful family serve and trust God. I’m grateful to have ppl like yourself, travelling alongside. Bless you my friend. Xx

I have already gotten a few thumbs down on my videos and it is a strong reminder that we are shining light in the world and outside of the church walls we are not exactly in our comfort zones.
