I see what you are saying, before these last 3 games, he had only played over 14:22 once, but in the last 3 games he's averaged over 16 mins per. Now if they could just put him out on the PP much more.
Wow. First off, it was his best game by a mile, coming against the top team in the league. He made them look like MHL players out there. Second. If I’m a coach, and I have a player buzzing like Demidov, and he draws a penalty on a near goal when you’re down one in the third… how on earth would I not give him power-play time on that penalty, even if it’s the second unit? Doesn’t get on for another 4 minutes? Goodness. Stoked on the game though! 🎉
agreed, I don't know how this coach watched him this game and thought no way I want to use him on those PP's in the 3rd when down a goal. It's insane that he's only 3 pts away from the KHL lead yet his ave PP TOI is :36
It would have been surreal if he managed to scored on that last play near the end at 13:17, he also gave many good chances to score to his teamates. I've been really impressed with his 200 ft game, this kid competes hard offensively and defensively.
Was seeing some "he plays against terrible teams" comments Well he just had a highlight reel goal and an assist against the top team in the league, on points for his team's only 2 goals. What will they say now?!
The Bell Centre in Montreal is much bigger, better and louder than whatever this building is. Demidov will be better off with the Habs for sure : to me it sounds like SKA plays in a funeral home. Or Toronto.
I bet msot just see the result the flash but don't understand it and why there is a big difference from player to player. What Demidov is showing us on many occasions is that even though he is on the small side he is very good at protecting the puck.Habs players ALL of them are very bad or non existent when comes to puck protection.A player like Hutson uses skating to hang on to the puck for longer periods while Demidov uses his leg to shield the puck which is something that is typical of bigger players like a Lemieux or Joe Thornton. So yeah Demidov looks good from an offensive standpoint but the Habs are incredibly bad at defensive hockey and hockey IQ in general so they need a LOT more than Demidov.
Based on the info and measurements when they set up that secondary combine thing for certain Russian players he's not really that small 6 feet 190 isn't small never trust info provided by the Russians 😂 especially not because he's only 18 he will likely add more muscle before we see him in Montreal next season smh
Scoring a highlight reel goal means scoring a beautiful goal. The video however, is not meant to be only a ''highlight'' of said goal. The owner of this channel posts a sort of recap of every shift Demidov plays in every game, so the fans can see how he is developping.
What a game! He got his confidence back, watch out.
He never lost his confidence wdym????? Stop spreading lies please
@@xlwolfffHe got benched a lot thats all im referring to, relax 😂

That move cutting to the inside. Wow!
His damn edgework is unbelievable, one of the best I've ever seen.
Cant wait to see hutson and demidov together!

He easily could of had 3 or 4 pts this game, would have been nuts if he put up his 3rd 4 pt game of the season.
man what a fuckin goal ! this guys is gonna be the captain of the Habs for sure !
2 points in a 3-2 loss

Say the dude that think Demidov is small at almost 6'1 and 192 pounds.

I mean… he is not ”small" he is 6,1 and 196 pounds
It’s supposed to be a goal highlight reels. Why all the random plays in between?
