In this video, we paint a sign for a friend's rock band, add some pinstriping to it, and discuss brush cleaning. Brush painted with 1Shot enamels. Pinstriped with a King 13 brush. Lettered with Mack 169 series brushes.

We should make an oil that smells like Spicy Muffins 🤠
Great work, very impressive!
Thank you
Thank you for sharing your talent with us. I'm starting to learn myself and find your video's very helpful. Do you recommend anything that a newbie should practice first?? Thank you
For lettering, I'd start by practicing drawing block letters with a pencil. For pinstriping, I would practice drawing straight lines, c curves, and s curves with a pencil. Later i would move to a brush and paint.
@@JackFlemingArtistry Thank you very much
How do you choose the correct size lettering brush for your sign painting projects? Thanks
@@kevclar I try to base it off of the width of the letters.
I always have a problem when thinning the color. Either not enough, and it kind of streaks on me, or too much and it doesn't produce sharp corners in block lettering. I'm just a beginner, so I appreciate any advice. Did you previously thin the Ronan White paint? Thanks again!!!
@scottymakerdude3827 sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It all depends on the weather and how the paint feels in the brush. Comes with time. Keep at it.
@@JackFlemingArtistry thanks man!!! Love your videos!!
@@scottymakerdude3827 thank you
