All I've seen on social media today is other fans and pundits absolutely slating west ham fans about Moyes but if you take Moyes as a man of his word "I've been offered a contract and it's up to me if I sign it"
If he won't sign the contract what are the club supposed to do they can't wait till the end of July and suddenly go we've got no manager
Listening to majority of west ham fans dull boring football week in week out will drain any fan . Im sure theyll give him a good send off and move on . Other fans saying west ham fans are disrespectful are not watching week in week out.

So I don’t care what you think I am happy with the decision to say good bye to this style of play.
Why did Rice go after winning trophy it the style of football. Not promoting player from academy to first team. Playing player who are past their best. Not making the most of the player purchased we lost lots of money selling these players. If you like Moyes you can follow him if he can get another club to take the risk.

Picked West Ham up from the gutter and gave them top league positions and a european trophy which is amazing considering what little they have achieved in their history.

I gather WH appointed a sporting director last year. I suspect that appointment affects the way Moyes likes to do things and a turf war has been going on behind the scenes.
That would explain why he didn't sign a new contract.
Rather than work under the new structure he decided, like you say, to leave.
He got offered a one year deal from what I saw and wasn't happy.

For me it had always been the performance issues over the results. He's never been a manager at west ham that has been able to show consistency in league form. From 1 match to the next you never know what team is going to come out and the 2nd half of the last 2 seasons has been appalling in particular

Some of the lowest possession in the League,. 70 goals conceded, which is the most conceded by West Ham since the hapless Avram Grant took the club down with 70 goals conceded over 10 years ago and a set of hammerings 1-4, 0-5, 0-3, 0-6, 2-5, 0-5, to boot. Yes he deserves thanks for the trophy but if he was your manager with those stats he would be pushed out of the door. Oh and the football was dire to say the least.

It has always been known Moyes contract would be reviewed at the end of the season. That is exactly what has happened. The only shame is he didn't leave at the end of last season.

He likes to look down on other teams because he thinks Arsenal are superior to most, especially West Ham, and tell them how they should think and how they should be grateful for being average, instead of wanting to do better. Lets face it, if Arsenal win the league this year, or next, it will be mainly down to former WEST HAM captain Declan Rice and Trossard, a former Brighton player. Not many Arsenal players have made the difference this year have they? They never do. They always screw up in Europe when they play anyone half decent and get knocked out. West Ham don't.
