Your apartment is looking amazing. I remember when I was getting divorced, one day I was at work and my supervisor asked me if I wanted to attend his engagement party with my husband ( he didn't know I had just moved out and was getting divorced ) and I cried in front of him and a few of my colleagues gosh it was so hard at the beginning but months went by and I started to feel better and better and now I can remember that time and don't feel sad, I learned so much about myself and honestly about life and was able to overcome that and feel happy excited etc again. For your spices, if it is your style and Max doesn't jump, try fridge magnets. Gneiss Spice makes the containers for your fridge. Like a little honey comb of spices and you can easily tell what you have. I really like it but I know other people prefer a plain fridge or only photos.

You might want to consider buying a step stool for your closet and folding your jeans on the shelf up to the ceiling. I am pretty sure you are a denim lover like myself, and it's how I organize mine ( I have a LOT) and it works well for me.
