What's commonly referred to as the 7 Spirits of God is found in Isaiah 11:2. They are the Spirit of the Lord, and wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge and the fear of the Lord. I believe that's what people are usually referring to. And Jesus leading captivity captive is referring to the saints that died before Jesus' resurrection. They didn't go into heaven, instead they were being held in a place called Abraham's bosom, which was located in the center of the earth near hell. When Jesus died He went into the "belly" of the earth and, among other things, he took the spirits of those saints with Him, out of Abraham's bosom, into heaven when He ascended. These are deep topics, hopefully that makes sense, it's a fun study, but this is just barely scratching the surface.
