But then again I've seen video's where people that worked for the Property acted wrong. If memory serves he had I think it was security try to stop a tow once. Even tried to hint at some Racial Garbage. The manager told Johnny to go ahead and tow it cause they were in violation of something. Basically the guy was trying to over rule his boss. Then Johnny was towing a subcontractor who was unlawfully using a handicap place. That subcontractor had such a nasty attitude that I was disappointed when the manager gave in.
Also check his advertising at 6:44. It's like he googled "buzzwords builder company" and had whatever came up printed. If I see "Restorations" and "100% guaranteed" in a builders' advertising that's an instant 'No, and not just no, but never' on their permit application. 😆
I hope you let the complex manager know about that guy. If he does work for them, he’s showing a conflict of interest against the complex and either needs reprimanded or let go. If he doesn’t work for them, then perhaps not renewing the lease agreement is the appropriate step if he continues.

Where I live I'm seeing more and more absurdities with parking restrictions, roads blocked off to traffic, you name it. Elected officials will tell you that it's democracy in action and that you just need to get to the council meetings and be heard. Well, there's limited space at such meetings and it takes a lot of time. Only hyper-dedicated, unemployed government enthusiasts are going to attend with any regulatory. Regular citizens don't have time for all that. The result is a lot of policies "the people" don't actually want. It's rigged. Practically speaking we are powerless.

I manage my mother in laws properties, an old school we use as a warehouse, and another warehouse. The old school has a large parking lot we rent out to a church across the street. They call me often to get clunker cars off the parking lot. If it's not your lot, don't park there, if it's it's salvage, don't use others property.
This channel really highlights the entitlement of some people. That truck with the ladders looks to be "holding" things I'll see flying off on the freeway sometime this week here locally.
Yes it is a very crazy uncaring society! Some people are so poor that it takes a long time for them to save up any money to get the repairs done on their vehicle. It doesn't make sense to register a vehicle that doesn't run. All that extra money could go towards the savings for the repairs. I'm sure glad I don't have to live in those stupid rental apartments!

Good Video Johnny, next time you are at that complex I would stop by the office and show them the picture of the guy that says he works there and ask them. I would also inform them that every time you are called out he is getting involved and knocking on doors. I am sure they would not be happy with that if he works for them being they are calling you out to clear out the violators.
It is very important for these people to learn English. I speak out of experience as my first language is Spanish. You are doing a great job TT, keep towing them and keep educating by way of tow fees. These people will always take advantage if allowed. That one dude needs to mind his own business.

The strange thing is it's kind of like theft. Most of the vehicles that are towed are never returned due to the fact the people cant afford the tow bill. If the company wants to keep the vehicles they should pay the owner a reasonable price. Some of those vehicles is the only thing that those people have. To them it's priceless , to others it's garbage.
