    Sir what is the mechanism that activators work? Do all activators need a coactivator to function? What is Mediators mechanism of action, how is it able to interact with RNAPII?

    Sir, can you make a video on steps of eukaryotic transcription in vivo, when and how the transcriptional activators recruited and what is the role of mediator complex?

    Hello, I have one question about loosening the chromatin compact structure. The video says TF can interact with HAT and remodeling complexes to increase DNA accessibility. Does that mean TF+HAT and TF+remodeling complexes must occur at the same time? Thanks for your explanation. It saved my life!

    • @animatedbiologywitharpan
      @animatedbiologywitharpan  2 місяці тому

      No, it can happen in combination or individually

      @@animatedbiologywitharpan Thank you! I have one last question. Do remodeling complexes give space for general transcription or does HAT give space for general transcription?

    Nice video. Be careful with the type of dna you use in the video. DNA polymerase and Tfs act on single stranded dna. In the video you show double stranded DNA

    • @animatedbiologywitharpan
      @animatedbiologywitharpan  Рік тому +1

      I think you have a misconception here , they both act on ds dna

    • @1441bpr
      @1441bpr Рік тому

      @@animatedbiologywitharpan I’m not 100% confident with Tfs, it not really my field so I could be wrong there. But I’m pretty sure DNA polymerase polymerizes one strand based on the template. And if I remember correctly, the active site takes in a nucleotide and attaches it to the 3’ end of the previous nt. Originally, dna helicase separates the two strands, dna pol binds to a primer, made by primase, then adds from there. If it binds to the primer and corresponding dna, do you consider that ds?

      @@1441bpr This video is about Transcription factors, so obviously the process is Transcription. I think you got misunderstood here mixing transcription and polymerization. Video content is correct
