Hi doctor, I am very disappointed and I hope that your response will be positive regarding my situation. I graduated 5 years ago and came to Canada two years ago, but I have not taken the MCCQE1 exam yet. I am thinking of taking the exam in 2026. What do you advise me to do during this period to get the CV completed? Does the observship dictate the GAP? Will it help me apply for residency in Canada? Is there a chance that I will be accepted into the residency?
    Thanks in advance 🙏🏼

You can focus on observership or more importantly a job in healthcare to fill the gap

    Hello dr rajeev
I want to ask you something what is the most difficult exam to pass USMLE or mcc?
We will come to Canada after immigration but I am confused between USMLE and mcc i am just mbbs done with house job and rmoship awaiting your advice 😊

USMLE would be more demanding because of multiple exams. However from a career standpoint USA would be slightly easier to establish than Canada. Our recommendation would be to focus on USA if you are yet to start your journey
