Bikes are available in all ranges of budgets, buy all three types instead of buying one premium bike, if you have the budget buy the premium versions of all. Hybrid bike is good for beginners, MTB will build stamina, you can do drifting or wheelie or offroading and finally road bike quickest of the three. Once you ride a road bike, you will be hooked, coz speed beats everything... But MTBs and road bikes are not for beginners.

road bike is best because if you buy a road bike you will look for good roads and push your local neta to get them carpeted regularly and consequently save democracy by not having to buying NDTV to escape responsibility. (🤩self-patting)
The one with fat tires coz that would need more force and that leads to more calories burn and that leads to fat loss but u have to be consistent on it don't leave thinking it's hard if this would happen buy a cycle with thin tyres instead coz it would require less force so u would not leave it but choice is yours
In short and simple words if you ride the same distance lets say 25kms on all three then MTB would burn more calories because it requires more effort. But if you try to target that you have to complete a long distance everyday then most people opt for hybrid or road because on mtb its tiring and you might not maintain continuity.

@@Shadowat00 it's not difficulty it's the effort needed to travel. I use cradiac Strom mtb and travel 16km daily sometimes 30km. No pain issue
