    Woah, that sovereign line was savage. 😯
    And when she says “That line between lady-in-waiting and comrade was a line you kept changing to your heart’s content” like wow that’s deep.

    What's up with Sweden having really beautiful voices? I'm so jealous! 😭❤️

    Rapunzel not being Molly is crazy to me because I think they replaced her so well. Mercedes is also one of the most Eden-like voices of Cassandra, I love her.

      @@raneemacintosh6842 The confusion is real 😂 Mercedesz reminded me of you, Ranee, in that bit! 😱 I think her placement, vocal "weight" (kinda darker/heavier voice) and vibrato sound nearly identical to something I heard from you before, and I just remembered you instantly when I heard it!

      @@ALEX.GARCIA_DUBZ Interesting! Maybe a little bit! I have gotten so many comparisons, I think I sound like a lot of people depending on what I'm trying for.

    Just some pointers ^^
    At 0:21 it's supposed to be "Precis som alltid förr" (with two R's). Same at 0:31 :)
    At 1:21 "trots" is also supposed to be spelt with one T in the middle of the word.
    She's also probably singing "skämts" at 1:50, since you can't really say "som jag skämt"

    Swedish ver has very redoubtable singers, however, not sure if it were the reason that I am a Mandarin and English speaker, the whole song comes out with less fluency as if it compared with the original, not terse enough, as my opinion. Excellent enough, love it still

    As always with swedish lyrics, suddenly some lines here and there are going far from the original lyrics, with very special finds, and that can seem a bit odd to us, strange... because it hides a subtle meaning, very adult-like.

    • @FlamSparks
      @FlamSparks  4 роки тому +12

      The policy I decided to follow on my channel is to only publish translations made by me.
      I am native Italian (which gives me a fairly good understanding of Spanish). I've been studying French for something like 8/9 years now. I started studying Swedish 5 years ago, and I've been living frequently in Sweden lately, including a whole year in a row past year, which helped me improve considerably my Swedish. Swedish gives me easy access to Danish and Norwegian too, while it helps at a lesser degree with Icelandic and Old Norse, but these, I've also been studying more actively than Danish and Norwegian. I studied Korean for a couple of years, now that's probably my weakest language, as I only practice it every now and then so it won't die out completely.

      @@bohboh6244 eeh quello della confusione linguistica è uno scoglio non da poco in questi casi 😅 soprattutto mentre sono in Svezia, mi ritrovo a fare molta fatica a passare dallo svedese all'inglese, che è una lingua che padroneggio nettamente meglio. Comunque ci tengo a precisare che le lingue che conosco attivamente (quindi che posso usare per instaurare una conversazione di livello passabile) sono solo 4: italiano, inglese, svedese e francese. Il resto è conoscenza esclusivamente passiva (quindi ascolto e soprattutto lettura).

    Lol, non avevo mai sentito la parola "tosa", l'hai usata perché anche in svedese è stata usata una parola regionale?
    Comunque che strano che "tosa" e "tös" siano così simili XD

    • @FlamSparks
      @FlamSparks  4 роки тому +3

      Esatto, _tös_ è un termine del dialetto scano (pare che questo paroliere ci tenga particolarmente a rimarcare la sua origine). All'inizio l'avevo tradotto come "ragazzina", ma poi ci ho pensato su e ho detto "ma chissene". Non ho nemmeno utilizzato il veneziano "fia", visto che ho pensato che "tosa" fosse almeno più comprensibile al nord....ma è una mia percezione x)
