Honestly feel they need to little buff her mechanics, maybe even give her special item later on that makes her talent skills work to other heroes as a choice. Having cooldown reduction, but then having skills that are cooldown 5 really doesn't synergy that well compared to so many other units. Then she is slow moving hero with 1c skill that doesn't give her act again, which honestly that skill with 4 cooldown should give.
She’s not increasing her skill cooldown if that’s what you’re saying. She’s *decreasing* her cooldowns so you can use her skills earlier. If that’s not what you’re saying, well, the option itself is nice to have if you’re desperate to use another skill and aren’t worried about losing a buff to get rid of the enemy. It even lets her shake off debuffs faster.

I feel like she could have made good use of an Act Again skill. Still like her kit. Considering building her
I watched this whole thing and I still don’t really know how to use her. It’s a very confusing set of skills and abilities.
She's so confusing. What does her talent do. Its useless. Why would i want to reduce my buff duration to gain skill cd.

She gets her unique 1c back quicker her skills are high cd reduce helps with that
