Building the Ultimate Zipline System for Fast Travel | Sons of the Forest

In our latest Sons of the Forest adventure on Reactive Gaming, we're back and ready to take on a new challenge! Today, we're building a network of zipline systems to help us navigate the island with ease, starting from our new base near the life raft. We're playing on Hard Mode, without any cheats or mods, which means the stakes are high as we're constantly fending off relentless cannibal attacks that are wreaking havoc on our base.

Good to see you playing cheat free, it's a different experience and you actually have to prioritize things like water, food and health. I would suggest actually collecting pots to store fresh water and stews for winter as well as collecting herbs for your meds - not sure what you set loot respawn to but being at full health will Def up your strength and endurance.

Chris, if you'd followed my suggestion and built a structure out in the ocean, you wouldn't have any issues with muddies or cannibals! Ok, logs are gonna be a pain in the arse, but there's 3 of ya, it'd be workable! 😁
As far as the base goes, build 3 individual "huts", let's see everyone's unique take on a SMALL house! 😁
You could have a communal centre for meat racks, water collectors, and a cooking station, or two!

@@robf6389 we thought about building it on the water but then I kind of wanted the challenge. I’ve been constantly attacked at the same time even though it doesn’t worry the shit out of me. lol. But that’s a good suggestion with the three houses separate.
