This is a brilliant tutorial, has given me the confidence to attempt to make my own gshade preset 😄I would love to be able to blur the background for photos and I love the shadows especially on the sims face. Going to have a lot of fun making my first preset tomorrow!

So like there’s this one problem , I already got me presets. Dowloaded gshade and when I tried to use a preset it said ‘force download 314’ and it usually just end up unable to load then the game close itself. Any tips?
I think I must have accidentally turned off something when I first installed gshade because I don't get the global preprocessor option. How do I turn that back on?
@@savythatsimmer omg I'm so sorry, I just noticed this after coming back to rewatch this video 😅I figured it out and realized its because I didn't turn off the performance thing to look at all the settings lol. Thank you again for this video, it was super helpful. Also, I love your gshades!
Hey pls i have a problem, I put on my smaa fx but the egdes of my sims arent that smooth and my gshade preset deos not look exactly how i saw it before i downloaded the preset pls help 😔
Hey!!! Do you know why my presets are duplicated in the game? Every time I use one I have to uncheck the duplicate boxes in order to make them look good and I can't manage to remove the duplicates permanently.
Oh wow, I wanted to make a reshared but after thw qhole issue where they they decided to stop updating I switcjed back to reshade. Are the developers working on it again and is it being updated? I'd love to go back to it. Thank you for the tutorial❤❤
The program is always running if you have it turned on but it goes away while playing and then when you need to adjust something you can bring it out again but you don’t actually need to view it. You can take sceeenshots with a key

No you’re fine 🥰 when you say shader do you mean preset? I would recommend you download gshade! You can convert reshade presets to gshade but not always the other way around

When I put on ADOF, it does not work, it does not cover my sims, It's on the side of the screen, and the silhouette of my sims.
You have to adjust the settings within the adof section to make the blurry stronger
