If it is a logistical problem that prevents you from receiving the product, in Aliexpress, Shopee, Lazada all have rules to support you, and if you don't receive the product within the specified time, you only need to submit a refund request. Even if you place an order on our website, if you do not receive the product, you can submit a refund request to PayPal, so there is no question of whether it is safe or not.
@@misodiko alright, I got refunded. But I didn't know I could do that on paypal and started to get desperate because nobody was answering on email. But don't matter anymore, case closed I am happy now.
