Gynecomastia (“man boobs”) is a non-cancerous enlargement of the male breast, most often caused by an imbalance of the testosterone-estrogen ratio (decrease in testosterone, increase in estrogen, or a combination of both). Gynecomastia can affect one or both breasts, and at times, unevenly. Up to 30% of men experience gynecomastia in their lives. Diet and exercise are not always effective treatments for all men. Thank you for sharing this. It may sound a little strange, but so many videos discussing these procedures are done from a female perspective for a female audience that sometimes I feel like the only guy out there that hates his uncomfortable extra skin after losing weight. Seeing this helped me feel more comfortable about having my issues and the idea of having this surgery.

I got a Gynemastia done in the Office where I was able to stay awake and the Surgeon only removed the Fat without removing the Tissue but he used this new Heating method thats supposed to tighten the Skin, but I'm still worried that it ain't gonna be the results I really wanted, but I was in a lot of Pain during the Procedure
Breast tissue is not the same as fat tissue. To properly remove the breast tissue you will need to remove this through surgery but wait to see the results.

How was the pain after you had it done???
Our patients tell us recovery from a TriSculpt procedure feels like the aches and pains you have after a vigorous workout. This can be relieved, if you wish, with over-the-counter pain medication. Many of our patients feel comfortable enough to return to work within 3 days, depending on the number of areas treated and amount of fat removed. I just got my liposuction done yesterday and man im in so much pain i can barely get up and walk. Is this normal 1 day after surgery?
