@@niya4981 Sure, love. I don't mind. I alternate between two. So, when I start my book, the very first page, I skip to fill in later. The left pages, I write 4 to 5 affirmations using "you/your/you're and I will repeat those for the rest of the page. For the right side, I start every right page with "dear diary," then I will use the same 4 to 5 affirmations but in first person, so (I/I'm/I am). I do this for every set. I'll have different pages with affirmations dedicated to certain subjects. For example, I have 2 pages with affirmations for weight gain. One in (you/your/you're) and one in (I/I'm/I am). The next pages will be for my eyes, one for different parts of my body, one dedicated to manifesting and one for getting fast results for subs. Etc.
The left, sometimes I will title the page with my name at the top so when I read it back, it comes off as reinforcing my affirmations that I wrote on the right side, but as if someone else is telling me about myself.
I hope that makes sense.
