Team Building Host & Facilitator 2023 | Philippines | The Energetic Host

I felt like a trainer for human resources again after hosting and facilitating this team building for Essilor Luxotica. Before going full-time on hosting, I used to train adults (especially new employees), provide new hire orientation, product training and employee coaching. I was able to leverage on these to be able to make a more impacting team building experience for the 387 employees of #WeAreEssilorLuxottica on their #ESSPIDay2023.
