Hello! Do you think it's possible to build a career as a concert pianist without a formal, Conservatory background (completed). I just dropped out of a Conservatory due to some disagreements with my teachers and I'm feeling a bit hopeless. And if you think it's possible, what would be some optimal steps to building one's career?
Excuse my questions but I see you have a Yamaha C1X? How do you find it ? I have a C1 and although it's been well regulated it's quite a heavy action. What was the "jazzy piece you played at the concert ? I would love to hear it.
I would talk about this to your professor first. He/She can for sure talk about your chances and strategies better. And then, masterclasses, competitions, in your country and abroad. Good education, of course. You will see how it develops. Good luck!
@@AnnaKhomichkoPianist Cool. Finde Yamahas Silent-Sound gut. Ein echtes Problem sind mangelnde Studios für Musiker, wo man ungestört üben kann. Mein Traum ist ein Ort, wo ich 24/7 ohne Kopfhörer spielen kann.
Honestly, watching how dedicated you are to music is inspiring & very motivating 🙏🙏🙏
I am very glad to hear that! :)
You exude a lot of positivity in your playing! I love it! :-)
Thank you for your videos!! They're really interesting. Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷
I'm glad that I had my dinner before watching this video. :D
This is very interesting! Thankyou for sharing

What happened to you, I am interested
Just what I expected: a pianist starting the week with a sharp knife near the finger tips...;)

p1anosteve it is very heavy indeed...but I decided to rent it because it has a very good silent system. The piece was Fazil Say’s Jazz alla Turca :)
What would be your advice for becoming a concert pianist, Im 3 year at Music Academy but I have never been on any competitions
