Hi Thank You for your lesson. It is very help full . I insert it to my sheet. it works perfect. but after few hrs dragged formula is deleted in my sheet. Idont how why. the sheet is link to goole form. it accuses one team member. anyway I protected that colm. they can't edit it. please help me

Auto delete not possible. Please check History from File menu Version History who changed/edited/deleted.

Had to modify this formula a little to get it to work with a "TRUE/FALSE" button, but it certainly can be done. If anyone else is trying to do what I was, this is what worked for me
IF(BA2:BA,BA2:BA,IF(AZ2:AZ=TRUE,NOW(),""))) to just copy into the destination cell, or =ArrayFormula(IF(BA2:BA,BA2:BA,IF(AZ2:AZ=TRUE,NOW(),""))) to populate an etire column.

Please use this formula in Excel:
IF(D3"",IF(E3"",E3,NOW()),"")
In excel logical test is mandatory. But we have used in Google Sheets IF(E3,E3,IF(******) which is error in excel.
