Bilkul sahi veere....paise kman da ik jriaa hai Universities da Ph.D degree dena...but end te nuksan students da....so students nu chahida hai k aware hovo and apna time sahi jga te utilize kro.
Both r good,simple and straight-forward persons. Though interview is in lighter veins but on very serious malpractices that too in educational field. It is a unique interview without any formalities....open. i v come across such an interview ist time. Indeed,such things r required in whole world. It hold some concrete reformative purpose. A very big educational problem which if not tackled even now will finish whole society........if somewhat remains. He took just one field of ph.d.mostly of punjabi and that too he was quite aware of it and suffered badly. If wants, also bring videos or thru other social media sources abut other subjects or other known hidden matters in the educational organisations which r damaging it , although surely such tasks r very courageous, hardworking and require dedication work.
We salute Budh Singh ji for his dare during that time in exposing these people and one salute goes to the newspaper that printed this news at that time where the rest of them refused. It is a very common thing in Punjabi University when it comes to Ph.D. and the people who have done this ph.d by copying and pasting they still do that wherever they work.

One central goal should be to create a more poverty-focused government. 2. Previously, poverty reduction had been largely a marginalized concern within governments of developing countries, India is still a developing country and should be more focused. 3. Through the Poverty Reduction Strategy process, the issue of poverty should be moved up in priority, letting go of what has not worked and implementing what will work.......creating more comprehensive plans addressing poverty specifically than ever before, eg employment , income>>>>freeing people to provide by themselves for themselves..... with independence of daily meal and housing etc, .....education, resources >>>>knowledge, information, tools to enable farming at comfortable level. 4. There should be also an increase in “pro-poor” spending within the health, education and transportation sectors. Government participation be, including ministries, parliament and sub-national governments farmers participation and other involvement. eg, groups that will honour the poverty reduction idea and not step over the farmer and majdoor and crushing them......instead,,,to help them.....this can include good people civil society groups, women’s groups to educate families and people, ethnic minorities, policy research institutes and academics, the private sector who wants to help the poor farmers and majdoor, trade unions in support of farmers and representatives such as legal people who can read the law and know the law is written in the help of people and not to destroy them from different regions of the country from individual states. Participation and consultation of the poor or their representatives Civil society involvement 1. One major function of the Poverty Reduction Strategy has to encourage more participation from the population: whole of India farmer and that are not. 2. The purpose of civil society involvement is to increase the influence of farmers in policy creation, program implementation, resource allocation and priority setting. 3. The intent here is to cultivate a degree of national consensus, thereby creating a poverty reduction strategy that is more representative of farmers and majdoor interests. 4. The idea behind this should be that the Poverty Reduction Strategy then be owned by the population also be h government and then it can be sustainable, as it suits the needs and capacities of the country.
Sir, i respect your research...but I am PhD from Panjab University Chandigarh...in History...but...i can say that my research is not a copy of anyone else....you might be true but still real researches cannot be ignored....
If you want to improve research level in all languages then make paper publication mandatory in recognized journals. At least two research papers at international level.

If you want to improve research level in all languages then make paper publication mandatory in recognized journals. At least two research papers at international level.
Publication is mandatory already, but there is also corruption in it as well.
