This was my favorite episode I have listened to so far. I liked how we got to hear a little bit about the rise of Justin Wong, and the Seattle scene. I hope somehow both of those stories can get elaborated on at some point in the future.

I love hearing you guys reminisce about all these great moments. While I played fighting games all my life but didn’t get into the tournament scene until Tekken 6 in 09. I’ve only had one tournament match win, going 1 and 2 in 3rd strike. The experiences are all great though.
All that grunting from Des you can feel his energy i love it. Like when DMX would grunt he meant business lol

My buddy just messaged me about the juggernaut thing and said it was me. I'm from Rhode Island which is right near Boston and I use to play with them all the time and was the only juggernaut player. I would enter tournaments as RushedDown. I don't remember it at all but it definitely sounds like something I would have done lol

Yo, here is a suggestion: take some time and explain all the marvel 2 team abbreviations and their origins. I assume that many people who listen to this podcast arent deep into the mvc2 history. Chris explaining team matrix was hella entertaining. I often get lost when you guys start talking about team matrix, msp, team scrub, mss etc. I would love a podcast that explains the evolution of marvel 2 compositions and how they came about, plus how they got their names. love you guys
