Barham is a community in Westmoreland some section once belongs to the frome sugar plantation,NHT now owns part of Barham so am saying it wouldn't be wise to build a concrete structure as the young man stated in the video that where the old man is risiding is a part of the plantation
You shouldn't put concrete house on "capture land" which belonged to Frome Sugar Estate. What a caring young man!
