You DEFINITELY need to use a new buck next season. Doe determines number of kids, buck determines gender. So the buck you used just heavily produces bucks.

I suspect he has. I know he has had 4 girls but I also know he has had like 15 boys so his ratio to boys and girls isn't favorable for girls lol

Hey Laura, I know you wanna help her when she’s kidding but you really shouldn’t. You need to wait till the doe absolutely can’t get them out, assisting can cause more damage to the doe. That last one didn’t need any help, he was breach but he would’ve come out just fine. The first one likely could’ve come out just fine to. When those babies are crawling all over you trying to nurse is the best time to start them on a bottle, they can still nurse but they’ll also take a bottle. Cute babies! I don’t think the does got the right order, we ordered does not bucks 🤣

Welp that’s an odd color, he doesn’t look like a chamoise. Cream/gold is what the second one is. The first one definitely doesn’t look like a Cham, he doesn’t have a solid dorsal stripe or black belly. What color is sire? He might be a bezoar/combo. He’s such an odd color lol.
I never let my goats eat their placenta, it can carry diseases.
He does have a full dorsal stripe. The black belly and the black legs! Definitely cream and gold for the white one!!!!
