- We are finally going to get some official news for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 in less than two weeks. Jeff Grub, a well-known industry insider has dropped the bomb that the PlayStation showcase will be coming in the week of May 25th. This event is heavily speculated and rumored to be centered around Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and most likely will see us receiving gameplay or a brand-new trailer which is super exciting. It's been over 2 years since the official reveal trailer and I know we have all been desperately wanting something for Spider-Man 2, but don't worry we are in the last stretch.

I kept telling everyone they would show the game when across spider verse comes out. It’s a smart thing to do cuz everyone’s mind will be on Spider-Man cuz the movie which will give the game even more hype than there already is
Been saying the same thing. They haven’t shown ANYTHING since the teaser. With Across the Spider-Verse releasing in June and Spider-Man 2 being Fall 2023, the timing just makes too much sense.

Why the first game can connect Spider-Man 2 PS4
If you're asking why Marvel Spider-Man 2 can't be on PS4? Why not? If Insomniac Marvel Spider-Man 2 is a PS4 game we won't be able to do stuff that Insomniac is trying to have us do in the game. They need next gen hardware to make the second game 100 times better than the first Marvel Spider-Man . If you haven't got a PS5 yet plz save your money. That's all I can say.
@@zeon2479 exactly. If it were a cross gen game like miles morales and miles morales it wouldn’t be as good looking as it could be if it was ps5 exclusive. Limiting it to ps5 only really unlocks its potential
@@GhostlyGeo Miles Morales was a good looking game, but I gotta admit if It was PS5 exclusive bro that junk would've been so much better and it really would've gave us a good taste of what Marvel Spider-Man 2 will be like, to be humbly honest.
But what about the people who love spiderman and have a ps4, and they bought both gamws and just wanna enjoy their favourite heros game, they could make the same game twice and one for ps4 and one for ps5

Now Unless you're talking about cross gen, that's not gonna work either if you want the game to be better and different, people want to see different things in a game, I don't wanna play Marvel Spider-Man 2 with a whole different story and have the same old web swinging the same combat it's just gonna get repetitive and the game is just gonna get old real quick. It needs to be better that's what people want, that's like saying that I wanna be mediocre all my life I don't want to progress my life. No you wanna be better, even if you do good the first time, you should always ask yourself how can I do even better than last time. So with that being said my man, just like we all have to get the PS4 to play Marvel Spider-Man. If you wanna play the second one you have to get a PS5, and it's easy to get them now they're not as high as they used to be, I got mine for $400.
