I like the layout and colors there with hull #2. If I was going to order one there are a few changes I'd want to make off the top of my head:
1. Quad 600's with joystick control.
2. An Electra-Mate TD-4000 teaser/dredge reel in the overhead.
3. Fold down foot rests for the second row seating.
4. Some sort of seat or at least a brace for the upper helm position.
5. Make all of the deck hatches lockable.
Or Yamaha XTO's which are now on sale thanks to those Mercury 600s absolutely. Not really sure how this stands out from any other Center Console on the market currently and going on forever now absolutely.
@@georgedoolittle7574 The XTO 425's would be my next choice if the big Mercury's weren't available. I'm not sure that this one stands out more than a top tier Regulator, Scout, Intrepid or whichever is your favorite.
all hatches can be locked with a small key provided upon delivery of the boat
@@georgedoolittle7574 the XTOs would be a downgrade in power, but a cost savings. Most people buying this boat arn't concerned with a few grand though.
Lockable hatch locks are notoriously a pain in the ass in salt water environment, plan on using T-9 on them every time you wash down. And be prepared to break off the latch when it seizes up....
I can’t wait until someone comes out with a 120’ center console with 18 outboards.

I like it significantly more than Hull #1 - great improvements. Needs a foot rest for the second row and/or some grab rail to hold for stability

No doubt this is a very nice center console. If I am going to spend 2 million on a fishing/cruising boat it's gonna have a hell of a lot more creature comforts. I also want to be able to travel and live on the boat in style.

Very nice piece of kit. I think the sea force 51 CC is a far superior boat, from creature comforts to overall protection, but I think it’s also $500k more expensive. I would complain with either tbh. For now I’m stuck with my 22 footer 🤣

I got on Hull #1 and this Hull #2 is a huge upgrade from the first one. There are still quite a few things I would change, but they will have it all figured out within a few years.
Yeah, definitely could use a leaning backrest for the flybridge helm.
The next improvement should be easier access to the fly bridge helm w/o having to duck under the railing. Why wasn't the 96 mile radar on the fly bridge top out of the way from the upper forward seating?
I noticed that as well. It may have power and beam width for 96 miles but at that lw elevation, and the curvature of the Earth will give it a 40 mile range at best.
Love how they are dealing with twists in the anchor line on the anchor winch. I hand pull my anchor😂

5:40 you can see where they skimped on the finish work for sure. Also that drain wasn't even plumbed.

I can forgive the lack of finishing on the underside of the deck - it's not like anyone is ever going to see it.
But it's downright absurd that the drain isn't plumbed. Why even have a gutter when the unplumbed drain will dump the water into the storage box anyway?

The Valhalla has quad 600s, this is in dire need of them as well.
Yea and they weigh double than the 450r this 54 goes 60 mph while while the 46 valhalla goes just under 50
I want one, but I want it with 4 Mercury 600hp V-12 Verado's on it. Having 2400HP pushing it would be a blast! lol.

If ever there was a candidate for a flock of Mercury's new 600's across it's stern, I'd say this would have to be the boat.
And it was done and a big difference with rhe 600 repower
Unfortunately the 600 are extremely heavy, almost twice the weight of the 450 r’s (1260 v 680 lbs). The 500r might be a better option at 720 ish lbs, especially as the 450r is no longer available
@@Smokeyr67I would think that 3 600s would be vastly superior to 4 450s. Roughly the same power, but the mercury 600s are actually designed to go on boats this size so you would probably see large increases in efficiency, range, and convenience because of the counter rotating props, 2 speed transmission and lower steering unit on the mercury 600s. They would also be quieter, much smoother power delivery, and much more reliable than a motor designed for racing applications. It is definitely true that it’s heavier by about 1000 lbs than the four 450 outboard setup but I would assume that 1000 lbs is nothing to a boat of this size. If I could buy one of these I would definitely try to set it up with 3 mercury 600s.👍🏻

The way the boat industry is out pricing the normal guy. Any boat is going to require a 6 figure a year job.
@@Dbars19 I have a 6 figure job and still can’t afford a new boat and I refuse to finance 150k boat for 20 years (btw I’m referring to far smaller boats in the 150k range not the one in the vid!)

Not sure they don’t use friction hinges on the cupboards. When accessing your Plano boxes you don’t want to have to worry about doors swinging. I understand on lesser boats but when one pays big money you don’t want typical piano hinges.
That will be 350k to upgrade the piano hinges.
