Thank you!!! All your recipes are beautiful. I watch them just for the sake of aesthetics :)
A question not directly related to the recipes though: HOW do you clean your pans and stove so that they're always shining like you just bought them???
Please share your secret. Or maybe you coukd make a video on this topic?
    :)

I make the Vegan version of the Ashe Anar by just eliminating meat, and adding some good vegetable stock to the ashe. I am Iranian so I assure you that the taste will be authentic.

If you like the texture of ground beef, you could try a vegetarian "ground meat" (made from soy) available from the Yves brand that I use for replacing ground beef, which is quite good.

I use Bob’s red mill TVP as a meat replacement, it’s great in soups

Very interesting combination of ingredients, pomegranate is widely used in Georgian cuisine too, definitely worth trying, thank you.

My mom makes meatballs instead of the ground beef like that. Looks great nonetheless

No. Aash Anar is a traditional dish from the province of Hamedan in Iran; but it is much less known to the rest of us Iranians. I once received a big bowl of this as a house-warming favor from a Hamedani neighbor of ours, and it was absolutely delicious.
