- Just installed V&H twin slash slip ons. This exhaust is a gamechanger. I'm enjoying it sounds. First day i was ashamed to ride my bike, it seemed that it was so loud that my neighbors are going to kill me. I asked friend to ride it to listen outside and i has relaxed. Loud but permissible

It sounds good on youtube. I had these pipes and if you have a good hearing ability, trust me they are too damn loud for the rider.

Why does this sound different than a Kawasaki with a Vance and Hines exhaust....is it the engine exhaust combo?

Harley’s are a pushrod engine, most jap bikes are an over cam design. Pushrod = 1930’s tech.
Over head Cam= 80’s 90’s tech. The rough sound of a Harley is actually just its imprecise valve operations at lower rpm’s. definitely prefer my old twin cam sound

I have full on short shots with stock baffles... I still feel like it's too loud to ride =o lol
I compared mine with short shots. And I would say shorts are much louder
@@pallergarage yeah true...the shorts are pretttty damn loud...i prefer the twin slash tbh...its...I'd say at a sweet spot. (For me).
Is the bike remapped?
no! is it have a sense on a 883 motor?

@@javieretcetc2979 if you ask about a dynamic and an acceleration - there wasn't difference between after and before. It's working good on lows. The remapping here is money in the wind. As I know you better make remapping after a cold air intake installation.
