I’m very interested in cost findings of land and building the house. Preferred location would be about 1 hour max outside of Manila, preferrably, close to beach and/or mountain view with no flooding. Great design but the presentation is weak. It will be more interesting if the presentation was kinda walkthrough like opening doors that lead you somewhere something like that.
