I quite liked De Boer, I watched his Ajax side many times over the past few years. I guess it shows two things: attempting to install 'total football' (or at least that type of mentality) in a new squad would take much more than a few months; and that the leap from the Eredivisie to the Premier League is huge! Good ol' Roy.
If you want to know what it's like being a Palace fan than last season and this video pretty much sum it up. Rollercoaster!!! From depths of despair to pure elation. We did it in style as well. Thank you Roy and team. So proud.
That was such an unlucky season... many injuries, late goals and unlucky moments. But an incredible comeback in the end with a great midfield place! I am glad they started better this season and I am proud of the boys and to be a Palace fan!!!!!

It was a Murphy's Law season and we still finished mid-table. A few canny buys and a shred of luck next season and we should finish well inside the top ten.
