I’m a Liverpool supporter and I respect this club so much! Starting off fighting relegation battle and then coming out with a place at 11th! That is huge
I quite liked De Boer, I watched his Ajax side many times over the past few years. I guess it shows two things: attempting to install 'total football' (or at least that type of mentality) in a new squad would take much more than a few months; and that the leap from the Eredivisie to the Premier League is huge!

That was such an unlucky season... many injuries, late goals and unlucky moments. But an incredible comeback in the end with a great midfield place! I am glad they started better this season and I am proud of the boys and to be a Palace fan!!!!!

To be bottom after 7 games with 0 goals and 0 points, yet still finish 11th on 44 points is a phenomenal achievement for Palace. Roy Hodgson has done a tremendous job in pulling us clear from relegation. Long may he reign as Palace manager.
