Well looking at how they are making new units now i highly against ppl that wants to pull ayato unless you really like the character 🗿🗿

tl;dr: ayato for funsies, neuvi for damage
if you eventually get him, he won't be useless but there are better options. i have them both, i'd say their key difference is more in playstyle. neuvi hits like a truck and ayato does half of it, but i find neuvi more clunky to play in teams that aren't centered around him (especially dendro teams), also the blaistoise grows old after a week but they're both me-problems. i find myself using more ayato due to his flexibility (can split field time, off field hydro, lots of unique teammates etc), the satysfing playstyle and fun factor, so you're up to decide who you like/need more.

@@sakaom I don't have either but I wouldn't have minded owning Neuv to 36 star this abyss. I did though and I did it with a Hu Tao vape team on team 2

@@sakaom yeah thats why people called him jack of all trades master of none.
his main selling is flexibility. being Hydro, great Hydro application, fast on field and slow off field, decent damage
