@@IceyJugamos he has, it's just not 100% clear, Sans made a deal with someone to get more power and make the player's Route more fun, but he couldn't release the power alone, so he lets himself get hit. By doing this his skull opens, revealing multiple eyes and realistic bones, the encounter began. Beyond that, it is not known as Frakture has not said anything further.
