For 3 comments, this looks a lot like there's only one (ok, now two) comments. It would be nice to get a good assessment of the other actual landlord rent collection apps. I believe there are some that report payments so that the tenant gets 'credit' on their credit score for making their regular housing rent payment. I haven't found a tenant / apt / payment management system that I really like. I have no interest in having the screening process highly automated. Tenants can let me know they're interested, but then I want them to reach out again after I send them an email with my expectations, and I want a good discussion with them to see if I believe that they are really going to be dedicated to treating the property decently, and prioritize their rent payment. Except for the continued respectful treatment by tenants and landlords down through time, nothing is as important as figuring out whether I believe in this prospective tenant is going to be a good fit. That's more than just payment app, but, I haven't found a system that doesn't want to be my marketer/automatic screener/rent collector.
Ive been accepting rent from 2 tenants on Venmo (my personal account). I find the statements hard to get to and read. Venmo just makes my accounting a little bit harder. Im interested in moving to a property management app with the ablity to receive rents in app. So far, not super impressed with whats available. I only rent 3 SFHs one is rented by the room. I'm in San Diego & Huntington Beach so my rents are relatively high. I'm inerested if you have advise.

So tell me how that works it goes to Venmo then to your personal bank account or you send it to your personal bank account?
