Azzaro Chrome Acqua is awesome. Easily could be worn year round. One of the only “chromes” I like.
Aqua is killer. I can't pinpoint a favorite though.
I never tried Chrome Extreme but my 2 would be Aqua & Sport. Or Aqua& United...that metallic tang & apple &,tea note tho...is an iconic part of the Chrome DNA.

I like Chrome Sport a lot. My fav is “Pure” though. It lasts longer than most of the flankers and while it has the Chrome DNA, it is warmer, sweeter and younger. Great date night scent.

You knocked this out of the park. This great, useful buying guide has renewed my interest in this fragrance line. Of the few that I've tried, I prefer - and really like - Chrome Aqua. It's worth having and the price makes it a winner. Also, your review stands out from the current crop of fall reviews and has impact, since this line is most often associated with spring/summer, so bravo for your timing! I like to have more budget fragrances as my everyday so I may want to pick up sport to use as a signature scent and then use Versace when I want something longer lasting or for more special occasions. Especially if the scent profile is that similar and I can always carry a vile of Sport without fear of it dripping since it is so cheap. Great video!

Thanks for doing this video. I started using Chrome when I was 15 years old. I’m 30 now. I still really like it. I did try Legend when that came out but was not impressed. Don’t worry about the cap on the bottle, I got the original cap and it was a bit flimsy and hard to pull off the bottle, seriously not kidding, that cap was crap, you’re not missing out on anything there. Trust me.
I honestly love all of chrome and most wanted series. I’ve literally started to collect all of them just to have them. Azzaro is a awesome brand

OG and Spport have got me the most compliments and are my favs. My coworkers, bosses, classmates and girlfriend at the time loved these. They both last all day too even if after 2 hrs the sillage is not more than 1ft. Aqua is about the same performance on me and my 2nd favorite. United is good but doesn't project for me even with overspraying. Legend is cloying on me till the dry down and lasts about 8hrs, but has got me random compliments. Never had the others but would get em if they were extra cheap.

Every chrome can be recommended for folks new to fragrance. Aqua, Extreme and the new EDP are definitely on top of the list. Aqua has been my work scent for a while. Cheap and nobody wears it.

Just picked up Pure and it reminds me of Vince Camuto's Solare mixed with a lighter version of YSL Libre EDP (pour femme). It's real good IMO and my second Chrome frag besides the OG.

I've only tried two of them: "Pure" and "Aqua". I would like to have a backup bottle for "Chrome Pure", even though I like the other one too. I probably could like most of them from this series.

Chrome Pure has been a staple in my frag collection for some time now. It’s surprisingly good performer and a great scent for daily wear. I lived in FL for 4 years and was able to get away with making it my year round scent. Some say it’s too soapy and sweet but in my experience it’s been a phenomenal performer and a very pleasant compliment getter.
Love your work. Having such a large collection I'm sure your the guy who can answer a simple question. Is there a alternative to dior homme sport as the new one has iffy performance. Thanks in advance

I tried both Chrome Intense and Legend but had poor performance from both of them. It was like misting blue water on my skin and what little scent there was vanished within minutes. Bought them from FragranceNet. Not sure if I got a bad batch or if I go nose blind to the ingredients in these. I haven't had that problem with my other fragrances and I have many. Maybe I will try buying the original to see if it works any better for me.

For the chrome legend, u got the new batch. The OG bottles had the wide cap and chrome trim
Chrome extreme is a step above the rest although haven’t tried the parfum yet but for me extreme is where it’s at its so good similar to Profondo but not that similar where owning both is redundant. Edp, Aqua and the OG also pretty good
Pure for me. To me, very close to Lhomme L'Intense. Aqua & Extreme are good too but Pure is the one for me.

Don’t know why but Legend is my favorite just the smell of it and I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it so I’ve stick with it over the years. I don’t wear a lot of it but that one and Very Sexy for Men by Victoria Secret are my favorites

I’m a fan of Chrome Aqua., Excellent fragrance for the price in my opinion. I’m picking up Extreme next. Not a big fan of the original. Never owned it but I’ve had samples and it had just never spoken to me.

I have the legend that i never use yet but i just spray, it's smell a bit like allure sport extreme in the dry down i find, not that bad
The Chrome lineup has definitely surpassed my expectations. I just tried a few, and want to check them all out. I am generally very picky about fragrances.
I have the original, and Pure. I love them both and have been wondering which ones to pick up next. I think I'll look for Extreme and United for sure.

Hey Dallas, I have chrome united , not too familiar with most flankers. I got it as a gift and I don't think it is mind-blowing but I wear it to the gym sometimes or when I go to the local store.
It’s awesome, one of my favorite casual errand runner non offensive frags. I get fresh tones and tea tones
My bottle of Legend came with the same cap as yours. Mine was new out of the box so who knows

Azzaro Chrome Pure is an amazing scent that gets super creamy on my skin. I love it to dead sad to see it’s going up in price
I bought a spare. Walmart carries it in the 2.5 ounce for $30.
Since I knew of Extreme.. I wanna trade off my Profondo... Extreme gets same quality but with more reasonable price.... I love Extreme, Aqua and Pure

Been wearing chrome for 10+ years. Wish it was still $30-$40. Just bought my first bottle of Chrome EDP. Absolutely love it. Always rocked the original and loved that as well. Never met anybody else but my dad who showed me chrome that wears it. Out of my 5-6 bottles of colognes that I have chrome gets the most compliments. Gets more than my Sauvage and Le Male. Will always use this as an ol reliable.
He never said Sport was worth it. I'm interested though. Should I buy it or the extreme?

I think the smaller bottles have the bigger cap, I bought a small (50 ml I think) and it had that wide cap then I grabbed a larger bottle and it had that skinny cap to the point I thought I got the wrong Chrome.
i just picked up pure, it reminds me of lacoste blanc for some reason
The problem was the original big cap got off with the base , this is why you ended up with just a small cap, they have that issue, same with Aazzaro Sport

Chrome sport , smells nice but the Atomizer sucks well it does on mine anyways, i got most of them i tried buying under the pole on e-bay buy somehow it was like the seller didnt sell to my country even it said it did i spoke too the seller he said it was an error on e-bays side he wanted to sell, but i had too give up
Chrome Legend is such a smooth pear citrus apple fresh scent. I have tons of fragrances that range from different prices and styles but Chrome Legend is always the anchor that never gets any negative reactions. Always positive always there…women will grab your shirt and bury their nose in it to inhale your scent.

under the pole: I don't understand why they made a lotion. alcohol-free doesn't mean that it has to be a lotion. there are thousands of attar fragrances getting the job done without alcohol.

The Legend with the big eye shaped cap is better and has great day long longevity on clothes. They may have reformulated it. I hope not because it's a great fragrance. I haven't tried the ones with little thin cap.

I personally have a 1.3 or 1.4 oz bottle of the newer version of it myself that my wife bought me @ the TJ MAXX here in TN for like 15 bucks I think and that’s brand new and In the box and cellophane and all..nonetheless..I haven’t personally tried the older version with the big cap ..from what I’ve heard From many others is that has that older version with the bigger cap as well as opposed to the newer Cremo cap version that I own but I’ve heard many many times that there version lasted up to a day or so and I know mine personallly..my version I typically end up having to reapply 3 to 4 hours lately(in its defense I do tend to go nose blind pretty quickly so take that into account as well as it very well could just be me as well and it actually lasting even longer than the 3 to 4 hr period )but regardless…it’s still just not that impressive to me at all so I want to eventually get my hands on this older version and compare the two hopefully..but out of the 4 versions that I have personally in my collection..I go through Pure a whole lot more than any of the others with that milky and creamy facet to it..

I have a question. The tester of Azzaro Chrome United has a different color than the original? In a local store they have a tester for it for about $24, but I notice that the color of the perfume is a different blue than the one of the original united chrome. That means is not the same? The seller of the drugstore said it was because of the light, but she did not convince me because both bottle received the same light. If she told me that they have different bottle and the bottle with the light made them look different that make more sense, but just want to know your opinion about this issue. The tester came with a different color or not, it suppose to be the same color than the original united chrome. The bottle made them look different??? Or the tester is fake???
I be thinking testers of old frags are always better to get u to buy. That’s just me. But when the color changes that’s most likely when it’s reformulated. The lighter it is usually the less potent.

Got Chrome og as a gift a long time ago. I would not purchase it. To use it up I use it as a dumb reach on summer Saturday mornings when running errands.
