How does 2020 perform in cold? I live in Miami but I am traveling to Europe during the winter I don’t know if 2020 would smell and perform as good as it does in warm weather
It's hard to choose between these 2. I bougth both of them and i like Dior Homme 2020, but i have to choose Dior Homme sport 2021 all day. it has that Terre d'hermes vibe (not the same profile but same vibe) but in a Dior way and it is very sophisticated for a "sport " flanker, with a very good performance (8hours ) with a moderate projection especially for the summer. It basically became one of my signature scent. Dior 2020 bis a little bit classier for me but it last only 3 to for 4 hours on my skin (maybe i was also going noseblind to it) so i can't use it for the office. I gave my bottle to my uncle and he was enjoying it 👍
I prefer DH2020 for mild temperatures, and the Sport is my favourite in warm/high summer heat. In fact it works just as well as a smart casual scent. Nothing sporty about it.
I had a chance to buy Dior Homme Parfum at Barcelona airport but passed it up as I have Dior Homme Intense which does the job for me. Both are classics
I like them both and have both. Recently bought a 5oz of the Homme 2020 bc I ran through my 100ml super fast. Did the same with my 200ml of Homme Sport, so I bought a backup bottle. Both excellent and how it wears on your skin is what’ll determine where you use it, imo. Great vid idea Justin!!!
Both are good. Even tho the sport is a bit more abrasive which I prefer, I picked 2020 because it fills a gap in my collection of 20 fragrances. I needed a subtle inoffensive yet bright scent for more formal occasions. And I’m 35 so 2020 does the job for me.
Never before did I have a scent where I immediately thought: this is a scent for the suave summer evenings. Talking of DH sport. For summer days, I would go for a more playful, bluer note. But it is a beautiful fragrance ❤
Easily my top two this year and most complimented fragrances thus far. Both are amazing, the sport surprised the hell out of me of how much people liked it. Up close it gives this modern masculine spicy citrus and woods smell and at times can be a bit much but it is gorgeous in the air.
Dior homme 2020 was a love. Then I started wearing sport 2021 this summer and love it. It almost took The place of homme 2020. These 2 new editions without Iris won me over as I was not an Iris fan until I got doir homme parfum which is a unicorn these days. Either one is great. I’ll wait until this fall to make a final decision between 2020 and sport 2021 but as of now sport 21 has the edge.

Gotta go with DHS, much more dynamic, a great sophisticated sportsish fragrance, whereas dh2020 is a bit subdued and perhaps even bland in comparison. However I see why some would prefer a less aggressive version.
I’ve only recently tried Dior Homme Sport 2021 and loved it, subsequently ordering a full bottle of it. It’ll be perfect with our weather warming up now. Still keen to at least try Dior Homme, and of course Dior Homme Intense.

2020 is a superb inoffensive fragrance which does no harm but it lacks the fresh booming presence the sport has going. They smell pretty different and Sport is clearly superior, younger, sportier, longer lasting and rougher in a positive way. Each night I pray that enough people buy it to keep it going and that enough idiots dismiss it by only judging the initial first minutes on a paper strip. It’s superb in summer and when you actually do sports as sweat and movement seem to make it radiate in a certain way and it effortlessly goes through stages from citrusexplosion to aldehydic orange to resinous herbal incense shower gel. One of the best masculine sporty, modern woody allrounders and a future classic, it will grow on you, mark my words.
yeahhh i tried it, and end up hating sport. It just kept making my nose burn and gave my girl a headache. I only did two sprays. It's so crazy to me how people are saying sport is inoffensive but thats exactly how i would describe it lol. Sport is a hard no for me, maybe 2020 is more my style or none of these are lol.

I tried this comparison last week on test strips and really couldn't tell the difference. I guess I'll have to spray at the store and test each over the course of a few hours.
I got both and i live in a very hot tropical country, i ended up selling 2020 DH because it smell almost the same as DHS but weaker and DH kinda just completely disapear from my skin after 3 hour ish. DHS is basically punchier and longer lasting DH 2020 which is weird for a sport flanker.
I would go for Dior homme sport as a freshie, and givenchy gentlemen reserve for the classy scent. Dior homme is good but too close to sport to get both
Dior homme sport imo is very different and one-note as compared to 2020. It's extremely dry and sharp, while 2020 is more balanced with a slight dampness. Sport has GODZILLA mode projection while 2020 is significantly more restrained. Peace 2u

Just get the Dior Homme Original or Parfum instead of the Dior Homme 2020. Then buy the Sport 2021 and you're set for all the seasons. I don't understand people praising Homme 2020 when it's almost the same as Sport 2021 and they removed the Iris.

DH 2020 is the most boring fragrance ever created. DHS 2021 at least contains some fresh citrus and a hint of smokiness so to my nose way more interesting (trying to say this as unbiased as I can be since the original DH 2005 is one of my all time favourites)
Dude move on. They removed the OG one because it didn’t sell…majority of everyday people in the west didn’t like it. I have both, as much as I respect and enjoy the OG, the new one is awesome, well blended, smells great and way more versatile than its predecessor. You like iris? There are a million other iris scents, fill your boots.

I get vetiver and bergamot. I think it's more outstanding version of terre d'heremes vetiver

Just picked up my first bottle of Dior Homme 2020. It’s so easy on the nose. I preferred it on the tester over the sport version.

Why Sport 2021 over Homme 2020? Homme was first and works for all seasons. Sport 2021 is nice, but technically redundant
