Linguistic means factors, elements or things related to language everything about language.
Emotional not related to language.
There are some important vocabulary used in this lesson : engage means to use or to turn on your subconscious.
Subconscious is something under your thinking.
Engaging your physiology: engage your body / physical.
Peak = very top part / best.
Performance= doing something
Emotions= feelings
State= situation/ experience.
Emotional state = general feeling
Example: I'm an hungry emotional state which means I feel hungry but in an academic way.
I'm on a peak emotional state= I feel great for a while.
