I have HUGE repulsion from Malai-Methi-Matar. Itna ki photo dekhtey hi gassy-puckish feeling aati hai. Because once our whole family had food poisoning from eating Malai methi matar in Jodhpur restaurant.
BUT… I am so glad I watched this recipe as it doesn’t contain malai as base!! I will definitely try this recipe and let you know how I did.

Dear chef Anupa
As u say it is quick recipe suppose we dont haveginger and garlic we have to make at home first. Secondly u added ghee and bhuno the paste in high or medium or low.
Cant we add oil in place of ghee.? And how much minutes we have to stir fry mushroom?
Plz let me knw

How can i use fresh methi leaves in this recipe

Just add the methi leaves at the beginning instead of the mushrooms.
Cook the leaves a little for some minutes or until dry, then add mushroom s and proceed as the recipe says.
But don't add too much methi leaves as they taste more bitter ther Kasoori Methi.
