Waltzer's (Tilt-A-Whirl's here in the US) are my favorite flat rides. Good to see someone actually taking the time to vlog their experience. When I see a vlog of a carnival or small amusement park from the UK, I notice there are pristine ones that we would die for in the US ---almost empty. Are they not popular in the UK? Another great show!
URUSOIMI fairs are very popular still. It just depends when you go. Waltzers are much crazier than a Tilt-a-wherl. You don't even have a locked lap bar
Went on that ride yesterday same place, nearly flew out because I'm too short for my feet to reach the bottom of the handle 😭😂 it was horrific my head was pinned back so much
@@tearfulblondieI'd love to know how. They don't have a serious restraining system because all the forces the ride can give are pushing you back and down into the seat. It's literally impossible to even move your head forward sometimes so unless you're climbing out of the car I dont see how you could come loose.
@@BlueZirnitra When the seat/carriage thing would turn, my entire body would be flung everywhere because of how light/small I am. i didnt have enough weight to keep me sat down safely
the ones with the head rest are better for taller people ... I went on a fast waltzer with a tall friend once his head and neck was bent back over th top of the seat ... he thought his neck was going to snap open ..they ahd to stop the ride for him to get off ..
@@feathercurlsthis exactly! Slouch down into the seat so your head has support. That way you can just submit to the forces without trying to force your head forward. The G's on these things are no joke, your head WILL be forced back with the force of Mike Tyson if you get a good spin going.
It makes you dizzy. What the video doesn't show is how intense the forces are. Waltzers are hardcore, they are more punishing than any ride out there including the biggest rollercoasters in the world.
Better? No, different experience. More intense? Absolutely. There's nothing like a waltzer for pure chaos and G-force, you don't go on Icon for that. They both serve a different purpose. You gotta respect the humble waltzer for even being in the same conversation as a multi million pound state of the art coaster.
I went on this yesterday and all i can say is this waltzer MEANS BUSINESS lol
Sean P I’ve been on it before too lol
@@loiswhittle1726 same today and before
I'm going on it today
@@kirstylawrie8987 how was it
Mike looks the most chilled out person on the Waltzers ever :)
halcyondaystunes I can promise you we were a bit edgy lol
halcyondaystunes I'm glad I give that impression lol
When I was young we thought it was cool to leave the bar down 🤣 I love the waltzers so much!

Haha that was a brilliant video - took me back to the fair down in Gloucester 😂😂 hysterical laughter and screams galore 😂😂
Emma Morley I’m sitting it out next time 😂
I would love to go on this but I hate the fact that you get spun really fast and I hate getting dizzy.. it makes me sick
Gave me neck ache if I am totally honest
@@yourexperienceguide ohhh ok.. I always get neck ache ngl sooo I would hopefully be ok with it
Then don't, lol. It's a great ride but spinning and g-force are what it's all about. I don't mind spinning so I like them.
That lad who was spinning you is my mate 😂😂 hes called scott too! Its insane this waltzer tho!
He's ace haha
Pleasure Beach Experience he is aha
Great video buddy
Thank you for watching and commenting
On the centrel pier there is a thing called flying Bob and it's amazing
Thanks for watching and commenting
Great video lads!! LOL, that ride looked rougher than my basement sisters minge!!! 😂
мαя¢υs It was a bit raucous 😂

It's certainly a raucous ride
Hahaha this thing looks bananas. I would have been green for the rest of the day after this I think!
In England (Brighton) the pier has this ride by the booster and turbo if you go there go on 3/10 they’re the fastest carts
We did a vlog there last summer
Are you doing pleasure beach tomorrow
Tommo No :(
could you do a pov on the sky coaster and sling shot ride on the pier please
We're not allowed unfortunately.
What waltzers do you prefer , the central pier or the south pier?
Claire Turnbull South, I’ve not been to Central Pier in ages.
No mercy😂
wonder if you felt super sick , love the piers in Blackpool thanks guys
kkrispy2009 P No sick 😉
kkrispy2009 P nope, sore neck though!
I’ve seen stuff, but this was some next level shit😂
Right?
Insane! 😂😂
Still the best waltzers I’ve ever done
David Simpson Easily the best and most insane 😂
David Simpson airtime on a walzer! *Only in Blackpool*
They are the best ride although last time u went they didn’t lock the bar 👀
Bars weren't locked yesterday south pier either, I nearly flew out

Lol mikes face on this whe spinning proper pics up can see the g force in his face ha
We need to do an updated version of this
WHO NEEDS WEATHERSPOONS!!!!!!!!!
If you don’t lose all your coins from your pocket the waltzer was too slow
I've never been on waltzers since my dad told me they're really rough if you're tall
They're a bit rough on your neck in truth.

I solve this problem by sinking down in the seat so my head is on the back of the seat.
@@feathercurls That's how I sit on every waltzer or your neck will suffer lol

Loooooong cycle!!
I passed out 4 times on them
He's as hard as nails is Mike, I'd have throw up after 1 lap!😄
AL4N 777 I was ready to get off it fairly soon after we got started 😬
I'd purposely not eaten!
Just watching this video made me dizzy. Dread to think what it was like on it.
Severe neck ache by the end of it.

The waltzers at blackpool pleasure beach used to be great in the dark!
Those are long gone now, the old Black Hole.
I'm getting dizzy watching!
