Rich is 100% correct! If you can't control your emotions you are a puppet to be played by anyone or any situation. It takes effort but you can control how you react to anything. It has taken me a lifetime to get to a place where I feel I am in control of myself. It is a much better feeling than being upset.

I'm 22. Frankly, Rich seems to be the only one who exudes the calm masculine energy I've been working to have. The others are most akin to the foot soldiers, confronting toxicity head on and being affected by the inevitabilities of battle, while Rich is like the general who is detached enough from the battlefield to remain calm, rational and steady.

    • @M0SSADDID911

Rich is the only red pill streamer I consistently watch. He’s the only one I’d recommend if you’re trying to level up in all aspects of life. He also lives it. So many guys you can tell are beta with women, or aren’t wealthy, or aren’t in shape. Rich was a successful entrepreneur before his channel got big. He’s also jacked, not low-t, and you can tell he’s alpha in real life. He doesn’t hide his blue pill past like a lot of these guys do. He admits he was simping for single moms before getting red pilled, and you can tell he no longer simps. Guys like F&F are obvious betas. You can tell by how they interact with women. Rollo is also a bit beta in the way he complains about women.
The Tate brothers are the real deal, but most of us can’t model our lives after the Tate’s. I’m married and own a location dependent business, so no matter how much money I make or how jacked I get, I won’t be an international jet-setter with a harem of models. Rich is a multi millionaire, whose lifestyle is attainable for most guys. I’m guessing Rich is about 10-15 years older than me, and when I look at him I can see myself realistically in 10 years being where he is in terms of wealth and physical fitness.
Watching guys drop red pill knowledge on dumb thots is entertaining, but it’s not gonna help you level up in life. Same with streams that talk about women constantly. Men all need to learn about female nature, learn to hold frame, and learn to vet for red flags. But once you understand these concepts, it’s a waste of time to watch people complain about women. I’m guilty of wasting time on it myself. I watch because evo-psych is fascinating to me, but it’s a waste of time because it’s not going to help me level up in life.

One thing that I did that helped me to realize that when was most emotional/angered is when I stopped “jerking off!” Jerking off caused me to have major brain fog and made me extremely impatient, which lead to me snapping at anything that I didn’t like. Emotional intelligence is key for success in a man’s life….sadly many boys raised by single mothers are going to struggle in that area due to absence of masculine and emotionally stable father figures. 🤔

    • @M0SSADDID911
      @M0SSADDID911 Рік тому

This is so important to understand. Hot-headed angry outbursts is a beta male behavior, even if they appear to be alpha. Men raised by single moms are much more prone to these outbursts, because as Rich says, single mother households are beta factories. My parents are still married and my father is not beta at all, but also I used to be very hot tempered, and looking back, I can see now that I used to have these outbursts because I was very beta back then.

Well since women make choices through emotions, and they rationalize reality through emotions, and we know that women fail and make mistakes all day everyday, and we also can notice that they often get into trouble a lot, so we must conclude that emotions can get you in trouble and they can lead to a lot of failure so it's best as a man to not lead with your emotions, it's okay to understand them and to manage them, but do not let them influence your decisions and your recollections. As men we observe and we critically think, so we rationalize reality with our brains, women do it with their hearts and they are often wrong

Rich admits he's a beta again.
"I have a short fuse...when you lose it etc ......beta. no way around it.
Different to actually protecting yourself or the innocent.
Step 1: Learn that Women have emotions.
Men do not. And should not.
Step 2: if you do have emotions (IE;react as apposed to respond)
Then (most can't and won't) admit you are your mother. You become what you hate. Facts don't care about your feelings guys.
Men have duty, responsibility honour , integrity, dignity, initiative, valour.....
Influencers clearly do Not understand the "roles" of men and women.
    Not even logically.
We know women are naturally emotional.
    Cool.
If a woman is emotional and the man is emotional, what happens?
WW 343 endless conflict etc etc
It is the equivalent of a lesbian relationship.
No "Men" you don't "deal" with your emotions.
    Realise we were duped.
    Men are not naturally emotional.
    It was learned.
Flush emotions and respond with measured appropriate action. Actually man up.
