No, it had a timer at the right side of the screen. It took 45 seconds which is still pretty fast
Y axis parting is no joke. It’s scary fast and far more efficient than traditional x axis parting. Been using the corocut QD parting tools for years. Best parting system around, IMHO.
Notice how the part starts off running true, then as soon as it feeds out it has huge runout. If you’re chucking it short that piece would come right out of the chuck. It’s pretty rough on the chucks.
The runout in the beginning and at the end is identical. It only becomes more visible when feeding out because of the lower rpm's.
What material was this?

Экономически не целесообразно! Стоимость пластин и насилие над станком никогда не окупяться снижением трудоёмкости в пару десятков секунд!
А в чём насилие над станком проявляется?
Пластины для обычного точения бесплатные, что ли?
@@romanplutok6202 обычные пластины в три-пять раз дешевле ( в пять раз , если брать на Али или на Авито, но ворованные обычными работягами😁). Обычными пластинами работаю, лично я , до года одна пачка, плюс использую остатки на обдирке ( угол пластины CNMG , который обычно не используют), выпуская продукции до 1000 единиц в в смену, сталь. Насилие - это осевые и радиальные усилия резания, не каждый станок такое выдержит. Маркетинг....
