Im 8 years jonger then you. but have a verry simmilair experience. It took the corona crisis to get to seek help with a psychologist and getting diagnosed. It explained a lot why if function like I do and what holds me back in my life. Your story is verry relatable thanks for sharing.
I feel this. I'm on the spectrum and had many of the same struggles. Not the best parents or support structure but they weren't equipped to deal with the struggles that I presented.
Interesting. I would never thought you were on the spectrum. I'm almost 52 and I have had discussions with my wife where we talked about this because sometimes it seems like I could be on the spectrum. Now I'm not sure at my age if it really matters if I got checked out for it.
