I listen to this animated form of the Word each night and it is medicine to my entire body. In the flesh, all day, I get so distracted with politics and other worldly trappings set before me by the evil one. My spirt gets fed during these nights and I am so grateful the Father drew me in and presented me to Jesus. I do not know how people manage to live in this world without the grace of God. We are still eating the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The serpent said we will be like God knowing good and evil . That is a lie from satan. God is good. God is Love. When we separate ourself from him (goodness, life, light, truth, love) we are left with darkness(death, destruction, lies) This is a consequence of separating (disobeying) God. It’s a natural order/ divine law. It’s not him punishing, destroying, or killing us. He gives a free will, that’s how much He loves us, He will not take our choice away just because He is long suffering for us to turn to Him. What a Father He is. Gods anger, justice is not like ours. It’s all loving. Gods anger is giving us what we want. If we don’t want truth, he will not force us to receive it because he only gives us what we ask for and what we want. Truth will set you free. God only wants to destroy the lies satan makes us believe about him and the old person we were when we believed satans Lies. Sin did not change God. Sin did not change Gods love for us. Sin changed us. Sin changed our belief, faith, love and trust in God. Jesus changes our hearts and leads us back to the Father by showing us his Love for us. The red letters in the story of Jesus will show you Our Father and his Love. We have forgotten how to Love because we have forgotten our Heavenly Father. Yet He still Loves us. It’s hard to believe and understand how can He still Love us despite what we’ve done in our lives but that’s who he is. God is LOVE. We think others need to earn our love, deserve our love…and we think God is the same way, we have to earn/ deserve His Love, but he loved us since the beginning and His Love for us has NOT changed. No amount of Good works will make Him love us more. No amount of bad we do will make Him Love us LESS. The Good things we do, we do because we Love Him not because we think he will Love us more. 7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. 16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us.
