What if..you combine a pool noodle and a bike tire.

This is for a young girls bike and a young girl. This may not be ideal for heavier adults without additional modifications. It would be fine for kids who seem to find every nail, screw and piece of glass in the road. It's also great for those who don't use their bikes but a couple days out of the year and always have to pump up the tire before riding.
